# The dataset

> The organizations, people, deals, properties, listings, agents and lenders of the dataset, served under /v3.

The routes under `/v3` serve the current dataset of the Investorlift Data API. Each route returns one kind of record:
an organization, a person, a deal, a property, a listing, an agent or a lender. The endpoint pages in this section give the parameters,
the response and the price of each route.

This host serves the facts of a property, a deal and an organization to every key. It does not serve the names, the phones,
the emails or the mailing addresses of people. Those fields arrive empty on this host.

A lender is an organization of the set, with the id of `GET /v3/orgs/{id}`. Its loans are a dated slice of the county
records, and `meta.build.states[].financing_as_of` gives the date.
The lender routes rank the lenders of record of a place and show one lender with its places and its spellings.
Two more routes list its loans and its borrowers.
A lender name is served when it reads as a company. The name of a person as a lender arrives empty on this host.

The lender blocks of a property and of an organization are null while the state has no financing slice.
The link blocks of a loan, a deal and an organization are null while the state has no loan links.
The name of a person as a borrower arrives empty on this host.
