# The lean dataset

> The organizations, people, deals, properties, listings and agents of the lean set, served under /v3.

The lean routes under `/v3` serve the current dataset of the Investorlift Data API. Each route returns one kind of record:
an organization, a person, a deal, a property, a listing or an agent. The endpoint pages in this section give the parameters,
the response and the price of each route.

This host serves the facts of a property, a deal and an organization to every key. It does not serve the names, the phones,
the emails or the mailing addresses of people. Those fields arrive empty on this host.
