Use the same address and radius on each route. The API resolves the address to a parcel before it searches the surrounding area. Replace the example address and ZIP with your subject location.
Change the path to /v1/rental-listings for observed asking rents. Read summary.by_segment_bedrooms for separate house and condo groups. Check each metric count and the source window before using its median. The rental method explains the sample and its limits. Change the path to /v1/wholesale-listings for Investorlift listings. Add verification=OPEN and listed_after to find recent listings without a closing deed. This set is not a verified active inventory. Add sort=distance to show the nearest listings first. Add on_mls=true to require an MLS record on the market at its source date. The two sources can describe different listing cycles. For sale listings without a public Investorlift listing, use /v1/listings with on_investorlift=false. The filter examines all public Investorlift listing dates, not just the MLS listing period. REST and modern MCP charge property identities under the account period rule. A repeated property can cost zero. The area summary has no separate charge. Legacy MCP uses the existing static page weights. These routes have JSON pagination and no CSV export.
