Point latitude, with lng: the centre of a radius. One of lat with lng, property_id, zip, or bbox is required.

True keeps the purchases that closed a listing of the Investorlift marketplaces. A closing is the first purchase deed of the parcel in the 400 days after the publication of the listing. False keeps the others. The request is refused while a state of the place has no marketplace match table.

The row order. sale_date_desc puts the newest deed first, an undated deed last. price_desc and price_asc order on the price, unpriced deeds last. distance puts the nearest parcel first and needs a point or a parcel. The default is sale_date_desc. Every sort breaks a tie on the deal id, then the buyer key.
