/v3/orgs/{id}/deals. See The dataset for the tier rules.
Each row carries parcel, the place and the four home facts of the parcel under the listed-address rule. It is the same block as the rows of GET /v3/deals. Send lat and lng to get distance_miles on each row, and sort=distance to put the nearest parcel first. Without a point the order is the newest deed first and distance_miles is null.Authorizations

Path Parameters
The organization id, as a search hit or a deal row carries it.
Query Parameters
Keep deals dated on or after this date, YYYY-MM-DD.
Keep deals dated on or before this date, YYYY-MM-DD.
True keeps the purchases that closed a listing of the Investorlift marketplaces. A closing is the first purchase deed of the parcel in the 400 days after the publication of the listing. False keeps the others. The request is refused while the state of the organization has no marketplace match table.
Available options:
true, false Point latitude, with lng: the reference point of distance_miles and of sort=distance. No radius: the rows stay the rows of the organization.
Required range:
-90 <= x <= 90Point longitude, with lat.

-180 <= x <= 180The row order. sale_date_desc puts the newest deed first, an undated deed last. distance puts the nearest parcel first, a row with no place last, and needs lat and lng. The default is sale_date_desc. Every sort breaks a tie on the deal id.
