Which states the dataset serves: each with its newest deed, the data end of its listing feed, its registry extract, its counties with their parcel counts and ZIPs, the row count of each served table and the gates of its build.
Use it before a query. zip, county or lat with lng name a place: the states that carry it answer, and data.place says if the set serves it. A ZIP outside every county list answers 404 on the place routes. For the build ids alone use /v3/build.

Query Parameters
One state alone. Default: every served state.
^[A-Z]{2}$A place as one 5-digit ZIP: the states whose place index carries a parcel of the ZIP answer, and data.place says if the set serves it. Not with county, lat or lng.
^\d{5}$A place as one county by its 5-digit FIPS: the state whose place index carries the county answers, and data.place says if the set serves it. Not with zip, lat or lng.
^\d{5}$A place as a point, with lng: the nearest parcel of the place index inside 2000 metres names its ZIP and its county, and data.place says if the set serves it. Not with zip or county.
-90 <= x <= 90Point longitude, with lat.
-180 <= x <= 180Response
The coverage of the dataset: each served state with its data ends, its counties, its counts and its gates, and the place the request named.
