GET
List the organizations that sold in one ZIP
This route serves the lean set under /v3/places/{zip}/sellers. See The lean dataset for the tier rules.

The seller side

The buyers of a ZIP say who buys there. This route says who sells there, and how fast. Each row is an organization on the seller side of a deed of the ZIP. n_sales counts its deeds there. n_quick_resales counts the deeds it held the parcel 29 days or less before. n_same_day counts the deeds of a parcel it bought and sold on one day. median_hold_days is the median over the holds the file knows. The row also carries its first and last sale there and the sum of its prices. The hold of a seller is its own purchase of the parcel, the one whose resale is the deed. A seller whose purchase is not in the file has no hold, and the counts leave it out. The rows are measurements and carry no class: a quick reseller is an organization with a short hold, and the reader decides what that means. sort orders by sales (default), quick_resales or last_sale, and from keeps the deeds dated on or after a day. The page is a keyset page as /v3/buyers.
