The organizations with purchases like one parcel, best match first: the same ZIP in the last 36 months, the same segment when the parcel has a last deed, a price within 30 percent of that deed. Each row has the count behind its rank, its newest such purchase and its median price. The subject block says what ran.
Use it to find the buyers for a house. The rank rule is the contract: a change bumps the version. For every buyer of the ZIP use /v3/buyers.
