Point latitude, with lng: the centre of a radius. One of lat with lng, property_id, zip, or bbox is required.

The radius in miles around the point or the parcel, 0.25 to 20 (default 1).

The row order. sale_date_desc puts the newest deed first, an undated deed last. price_desc and price_asc order on the price, unpriced deeds last. distance puts the nearest parcel first and needs a point or a parcel. The default is sale_date_desc. Every sort breaks a tie on the deal id, then the buyer key.
