API key from the developer console (starts with zpka_). Create one at https://developers.investorlift.com/get-a-key. The same key works on POST /mcp.
Path Parameters
The parcel id, as a deal, a listing or a resolve carries it.
Query Parameters
The radius around the subject in miles, 0.1 to 5 (default 1).
Required range:
0.1 <= x <= 5The sales in the last N days before the data end of the state, 30 to 1095 (default 180). The deed window ends at deeds_through, the listing window at listings_through.
Required range:
30 <= x <= 1095The bedrooms either side of the subject's, 0 to 5 (default 1). The API skips it when the subject's bedrooms are unknown.
Required range:
0 <= x <= 5The percent either side of the subject's living area, 0 to 50 (default 20). The API skips it when the living area is unknown.
Required range:
0 <= x <= 50The years either side of the subject's year built, 0 to 50 (default 15). The API skips it when the year built is unknown.
Required range:
0 <= x <= 50With deed, the arm's-length last purchases of the deed cut. With mls, the sold listings of the feed, and 422 fact_unavailable where the state has no listing side. With both, the default, one sale per parcel from either.
